Congratulations!

Hi Everyone,

It's Karin posting today, and this is the card I made for my niece who is graduating from high school in June.  Aren't these little graduation fish (Grad School) from the I Brake for Digis store the cutest thing?  All I did was color them in with my Copic markers and cut out the image with my Spellbinders die.  I cut out a couple of extra fish, put them on pop dots and added them to the bottom left corner.
To give the illusion of bubbles in the water, I embossed some blue circles and glued them on for the background of my card and the sentiment is stamped.

If you need a fun new image for your card making, stop by the I Brake for Digis store today!

Time to Relax

Hi Everyone!

It's Karin posting today's card, and with it being a gloomy Monday here where I live, I need something to pick up my spirit.  What could be better than a card that reminds one of summer time?

I used the digi Sun Bathing Bee, and layered it on a card base that was stamped with flowers using traditional stamps.  The sentiment is also a "regular" stamp, and I chose to layer it to echo the flowers on the beach towel and background.

Here is a close up of the Stickles I added to give the wings some sparkle and the Glossy Effects to make the sunglasses shine :)

Thanks for stopping by the blog today and remember to visit the I Brake for Digis store to check out all the digi stamps they offer!

You're How Old?

Hi Everyone,

It's Karin posting today, and the minute I laid my eyes on this Laughing Hyena digi, this sentiment popped into my mind.  I knew it would make a funny age related card for the right person...aka, someone with a sense of humor :)

I didn't have this sentiment in my stash, so I just made it myself in Word on my computer and printed it out right along with the image.
I decided this would be a guy card, so I roughed up the edges of the patterned card stock and added a felt border behind the image, which was cut out using  my Nesties.  The Laughing Hyena was colored with my Copics.

Thanks so much for visiting me here at the blog, and to see this image and so many more, stop by the store today!
