Tractors

Good evening - Barb here sharing a masculine card with you. I love my card - but isn't that one ugly color for a tractor - I knew I could not carry off the John Deere green color so went a different way - but the card is nice. Sometime you luck out with it comes to coordinating papers - I had one piece of paper I was going to use for this card - it was double sided - and then I bought some sheets of a new Basic Grey collection and it matched perfectly.

The digi image is from I Brake For Digis - I think it made a great masculine card to cheer someone and let them know how special they are.

  1. I think the tractor looks lovely - not ugly at all. :) Its a beautiful card all around.

  2. I love the card. Whose stamp is the tractor? My late husband would have loved the card but the tractor mostly. His hobby was collecting, restoring, showing and pulling antique John Deere tractors and had one that looked very similar---- in fact, the tractor was very rare --- one of only 31 that were made. Wonderful card with happy memories for me. Jean H.S.

  3. Your tractor, Barb, needs someone like my late husband to love and restore it. It's "tired iron" in its present condition. Tractor restorers call it "lust for rust." LOL
